Dark N' Stormy

The de facto national drink of Bermuda, the Dark N' Stormy is something of an acquired taste because of its heavy use of ginger beer. As such, it has a somewhat peppery feel in the mouth, that is tempered with lime and a nice shot of dark Bermuda rum.
While the drink is celebrated in the small British commonwealth, boozy seafaring types have successfully carried the cocktail back to the American mainland, where it is now enjoyed in various ports of call along the Eastern seaboard and beyond.
* Pour 60 ml dark rum over a highball glass full of ice
* Top off with Ginger Beer
* Squeeze in some fresh lime and enjoy
