Pina Colada
The Piña Colada is the ultimate beach drink. Pineapple juice, coconut milk, and let's not forget that good ol' fashioned rum. The beverage was popularized in Puerto Rico nearly a century ago, though legend has it a Boricua pirate captain came up with the cocktail as a way to appease his grumpy crew.
* Fill blender with ice. Crush ice chunks until it has reached a nice consistency (no large chunks).
* Add one part white rum, one part cream of coconut (such as Coco López), and three parts pineapple juice to the mix
* Blend well. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry
